Every month I eagerly await the Power Path’s monthly forecast. It’s always right on target with what’s happening in my life and other’s lives that I’m close to. This month’s forecast is:
As we evolve, we are inevitably moving into a higher octave, a higher vibration, the upper room. But our fears are holding us back as we cling to what we know, as unsatisfying as that may be. There is no stopping the evolutionary process. It is like telling your hair or fingernails not to grow. The more you cling and hold back, the greater the possibility you will end up in depression and despair with blocked creativity and a feeling of stagnation.The Power Path
Oh my, so right on. Of course, several of the Ageless Movement Practitioners just asked to release hamstrings. The space where we store the lower energies of fear, anger, protection, depression, and anxiety.
To move to a higher energy vibration you have to let go of the lower heavy energies. Do this week’s Ageless Movement Practice for the Hamstrings to release the heaviness. You’ll float up. Really you will.
Welcome aboard. Buckle up and let’s take off just like Meg did. I recently taught a retreat where I was moving the group to release heavy energies. Meg was one of the participants. She shared the story of her childhood.
Meg’s heavy childhood tale filled with abandonment and neglect has her stuck hanging on to the heavy energies of fear, anger and depression. The retreat inspired Meg to move to set down her burdens and lighten up.
And move she did
The day after the retreat ended, Meg did her Ageless Movement Practice and she felt light and free. After only one day! Meg is motivated to commit to doing her daily movement practices. She wants to be light and free everyday.
One of the light and free movements I taught Meg — I learned from my dog, Lola. She’s taught me ways to move that really release heavy energies. the best one is multiple times a day she shakes out her whole body. I can just see the heavy energy flying from her body.
Inspired by Lola, I get up multiple times a day and do a whole body shake. After I shake, I feel light and free. Try it. Get up now and do a whole body shake out. Ahhhhhh!!! The lightness is magnificent.
