Ageless Movement Practice Classroom
I'm so excited you've joined the Ageless Movement Practice. Get ready to feel good and move freely.
New Practice Every Week
You'll receive a new Ageless Movement Practice on Saturday morning at 6 am CST every week. The Movement Practices focus on clearing energy blocks and physical and mental challenges in specific areas of your body. You'll be guided to use ball work, warm-up stretches, opening and strengthening movements, cooldowns and rest.
In addition, to the Ageless Movement Practice, you'll receive a printable movement sheet. Complete with pictures and text outlining the more challenging movements.
You'll receive a weekly Ageless Movement Practice email reminder every Saturday 6 am CST when your newest training is released. The email outlines each practice and includes helpful tips and a list of tools needed to enjoy the movements.
I recommend doing the practice 2-3 times a week to feel good and look great quickly.
Your practice will stay in the classroom for at least two weeks from the time you signed up. Download the practice if you can't watch in that time.
