You are NOT staying in the retreat house -- But no worries -- Puako has many vacation rentals. Stay anywhere in Puako and you are within walking distance to the yoga retreat space. Here is the link to find many wonderful places to stay.

Included in the cost is a beautiful vegan lunch that we will all share together after the morning movement practice. The other meals are on your own. There is a general store in the neighborhood that all can walk to and the Fairmont Orchidland is within walking distance for a nice meal out.

Also, included in the cost of the retreat is a daily three-hour Movement/Yoga Therapy class, an evening or afternoon meditation and/or a guided experience.

Transportation from the airport can be obtained with Lyft or Uber. Which is approximately $50 one way but can be split between four people.
