Open To Your Feminine Flow. Slow Down, Cool Off And Be!
I’m the left side of your body, your feminine side. My purpose is to be, feel, intuit, and nurture. Therefore, I’m all about sitting back and observing the world. Hanging out and resting are my favorite things to do. Also, I love to connect deeply and listen to the inner world. Because of this, I work best by trusting and allowing all things to unfold in their own time.
When you dishonor me by focusing mainly on your masculine side and you do and think more than be and feel, I will get upset and give you left body pain and challenges. Believe me, I don’t want to hurt you but your whole being needs to be in balance between rest and action.
So, when you experience upper body challenges it’s me trying to tell you to focus on spiritual energy. For example, when you have headaches on the left, it’s me telling you to connect and put trust into your higher power. As you notice left eye issues, I want you to see what you see and claim your reality. If your left neck hurts, that’s me saying speak nicely to yourself, you are amazing. Perhaps you have a left shoulder or heart issue, that’s me needing you to focus on loving yourself.
Your human meets your spirit in your solar plexus. When I give you issues in your belly area, I’m wanting you to address your human/spiritual challenges. Your left belly struggles are telling you to connect with your soul’s truth and begin to live from there as much as your personality.
Human Energy Problems
Your lower body issues are speaking of your human difficulties. For example, If your left lower back or hip hurts, I want you to embrace your gifts and talents. Or if your left leg, knee, and ankle are being challenged that means I need you to feel your way through your childhood challenges. I give you foot pain so you remember to honor your mother’s ancestral line.
Stop all this doing and be with me, your feminine. From the wisdom of the ancient text, The Tao:
The gentlest thing in the world
Overcomes the hardest thing in the world.
That which has no substance
Enters where there is no space.
This shows the value of non-action.
Teaching without words,
Performing without actions
That is the Master’s way.
I really need you to come into balance between doing and be-ing. Because of thistake a rest, now, sit back and just watch your breath flow in and out for 5 minutes. This momentary pause will really help me.

The Need To Be
Tammy and I have been working together for over 20 years. When she first came to see me it was because of lower back pain. She wasn’t honoring her gifts and talents, nor allowing herself to shine.
As Tammy began her journey toward embracing her true self, she felt relief from the practices. She trusted me more and more and overtime she let me get close to her and we became good friends. Our deep friendship turned into a mother/sister relationship and we helped each other through life’s ups and downs. I was honored to support Tammy to find the courage to step more and more into her truth. I’ve enjoyed the privilege of observing Tammy’s awakening into being her true self. It’s been like seeing a butterfly unfold from it’s cocoon and fly.
She’s living her soul’s truth 100% of the time, now. Tammy is a beautiful inspiration to all who have the fortune to know her. She’s so excited to finally be authentic that she’s pushing, pushing herself to do all she can do right now because she feels she wasted so much time allowing others to control her and stop her from living her life.
As Tammy goes, goes, goes she is getting sick with colds and flus on a regular basis and her back is hurting again all the time. She is being forced to stop and rest. Therefore, it’s time for Tammy to start each day with a practice of listening to her inner self, calming down, and realizing that she found her true self just at the right time. She needs to feel her way into moving her body slowly and trusting that she can rest into her life’s movements. Tammy won’t lose anything but her illnesses and back pain.
How To Be
