It’s time to let it be.
Life as we know it is changing moment by moment. It always has but it just changed more slowly — until now.
Now it seems like nothing is certain. Everything seems unstable.
What I planned yesterday is completely gone. At this moment I can’t find anything to ground into. The only thing I know is that I don’t know what is going to happen.
I’m not used to living this way — I’ve:
Talked about living in the moment.
Taught the concept of impermanence,
Practiced surrender and letting go to allow what is to flow.
Contemplated finding peace in every moment.
Practiced opening my heart and feeling vulnerable.
AND NOW I get to —
Live with my hands wide open.
Open my heart.
Live in the moment.
Let go of everything.
Do what I’ve barely been doing because I didn’t really have to for all these years I’ve lived on this planet.
I get to surrender
You get to surrender — I have no choice. You have no choice.
So, let’s do this together. Let’s release the stress of the unknown. Let’s grieve what we’re losing and embrace what is coming.
There can be beauty in letting go. Beauty in finding new things that we couldn’t feel, see or embrace when we were stuck in the old way of doing, doing, doing.
Let it be. Let it all be. Just be. BE!
Breathe and move to calm your mind and feel your body. Allow your amazing body to take you to stillness. It will if you let it — BE.
